A simple guide to creating a custom gift you will be proud to give.
1. Start with a design that feels like them
Choose a product around the person, hobby, pet, profession or moment you want to celebrate. Product pages show every available personalization option.
2. Enter details exactly as they should appear
Double-check spelling, dates, jersey numbers, team names and color selections. We produce your item using the information submitted with the order.
3. Choose a strong photo
- Use the original, highest-resolution file available.
- Choose a bright image with the face or subject fully visible.
- Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, blur and cropped details.
4. Review before adding to cart
Check the preview when available, then review all options again in your cart. Custom orders move into production quickly, so changes may not be possible after ordering.
Can I use more than one photo?
The product page will show the number of photo fields available for that design.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
We work to keep colors accurate, but small differences can occur because screens and printing methods display color differently.
